This is a simple dinner dish that fits well when you do not want to spend much time in the kitchen but will let food be done on your own. The ingredients can be adapted to whatever you have and like, and eg leeks, carrots and apples can be added to or replace ingredients.
No need for 2 people: 2-3 pork chops (about 250-300gram pr.person) 2 large sweet potatoes 1 onion 1/2 red pepper butter How to: Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Share the sweet potatoes into large chunks of about 2.5-3cm thickness, cut the onion and peppers in large chunks. put all this in a roasting dish / lasagne form along with some great lumps of butter. Roast pork chops kjappt on good heat, about 30sec on each side they will not be thoroughly cooked just right so they'll be nice browned. Put them up in the shape inside the oven and wait about 50-60 minutes-then it is done. Feel free to post a few dabs of butter just before it is finished so you can use butter & onions as the sauce if you do not make a special sauce on the side. Simple and good dinner. marks ans spencers
