Since it is added Probiform probiotics, it has a LOT of good bacteria and urbakterier. And give tarmfloaen a real boost. I've heard that some find the taste is a bit unusual. But most people love it. Sweetening. I use Sweetleaf Stevia vanilla (found in almost all helskostbutikker) and xylitol (bjørkesøt). Taste your way. It is also possible to use honey, daddler coconut sugar or other sweeteners you prefer.
